Shift Details:

8-Hours Shift
Days, Weekends and Holidays

Nursing Specialty: Registered Nurse Clinic

RN Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, vital signs, treatments, medications, and patient education.
Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and coordination of patient care.
Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, referrals, and other clinic activities to support efficient patient care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment while following facility policies and nursing standards.
The RN would be the primary point of contact for the sites for medical incidents, review and triage incident reports to connect the appropriate support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, valid, and unrestricted CA RN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse with robust clinical experience and good clinical acumen, preferably with administrative experience in community care facilities (such as discharge coordination, discharge placement, incoming referral review, or other), excellent and responsive communication via e-mail and phone, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a setting less structured than a traditional clinic or hospital role.
AHA BLS Certification,
MAB or CPI
LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)
Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
