We are seeking dependable, hard-working General Labor Associates to join our team at a premier fulfillment center. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers efficiently.
• Picking, packing, and sorting products based on order specifications.
• Palletizing goods and preparing shipments for transit.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Adhering to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

To ensure safety on the warehouse floor, all associates must strictly adhere to the following dress code. Failure to meet these requirements will result in being sent home.

• Pants/Bottoms: Must wear khaki pants or denim jeans (long pants must be completely free of rips and tears). Shorts are acceptable, provided they are neat and professional.
• Not Allowed: Sweatpants, joggers, leggings, or athletic shorts.
• Shirts: Shirts must have sleeves that fully cover your shoulders.
• Not Allowed: Tank tops or cut-offs.
• Footwear: Must wear leather or leather-like, closed-toed shoes.
• Not Allowed: Mesh shoes, canvas shoes, or open-toed shoes.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
