divh2Regulatory Coordinator I/h2pOur client, a Paint Manufacturing company, is looking for a Regulatory Coordinator I for their Cleveland, OH location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliSolicit and manage supplier-provided origin data, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation, and Harmonized Tariff Code (HTC) information to support trade compliance requirements./liliCompile, cleanse, validate, and maintain trade data for upload into trade compliance, ERP, or third-party systems./liliAssign and validate UN identification numbers for hazardous materials shipments in accordance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations./liliPerform detailed data entry and review of supplier Safety Data Sheets (SDS), FTA certificates, and related compliance documentation./liliCompile and analyze import and export data to identify and support duty refund opportunities./liliCollect and verify shipment data from carrier and shipping platforms to support compliance for low-value and express shipments./liliClassify products in accordance with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), under supervision./liliManage customer requests for Free Trade certificates by compiling required data, qualifying products under applicable FTAs, and issuing certificates in a timely manner./liliMaintain organized records and audit trails to support internal controls, audits, and regulatory inquiries./liliCollaborate with logistics, sourcing, legal, and compliance teams to resolve data gaps and ensure regulatory alignment./liliOther responsibilities and projects to support the Trade Compliance team, as assigned./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors degree in international business, International Relations, or other with relevant import/export, customs brokerage or trade compliance experience, OR Chemistry, other physical or biological science/liliMinimum of 1 years of Trade Compliance, Customs Brokerage, Import/Export, Transportation, and/or Regulatory related experience/liliIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/liliExperience in managing and analyzing large data sets/liliExperience in reading and interpreting regulations/liliThree years experience in Trade Compliance, Customs Brokerage, Import/Export, and/or Regulatory/liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/liliExperience with imports and exports/liliFamiliarity and general understanding of Free Trade Agreements (NAFTA, CAFTA, AUSFTA, etc.)/liliFamiliarity and general understanding of Harmonized Tariff Schedules/liliFamiliarity and general understanding of Hazardous Materials Transportation/liliExperience in tariff and/or UN classification of chemicals/liliCustomer service experience/lili1-3 Years Experience/li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
