Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Kansas. \n
- Demonstrated understanding of the intricacies of geriatric mental health disorders and proven competency in evidence-based treatment practices. \n
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care. \n
- Ability to build trust and rapport with elderly clients and their families, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. \n
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications is required. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. \n
