If you answered yes to all of these questions, then product management at Capital One may be a fit for you.About the teamAs part of the Partnerships Conversions Product team, you will play a key role in eliminating areas of disruption to the Customer and Servicing Agent experiences when we are onboarding new credit card portfolios to Capital One. Specifically, you will partner in the transformation of our Image Conversion Services to minimize the effort needed to ensure Customers and Agents have access to historical documents such as statements and letters following a conversion event. This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, evaluate opportunities to leverage AI-driven tools, and implement solutions that support both business goals and meet key customer needs. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
