• Provide comprehensive, evidencebased pediatric care to children from birth to adolescence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize our care management and behavioral health services to support patients’ physical and mental wellbeing.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of our clinical programs.
• Educate and engage families in their child’s health and development.
Qualifications:
• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus in pediatrics.
• Current licensure in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or North Carolina Medical Board.
• National board certification (e.g., PNCB, NCCPA).
• Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in pediatric primary care.
• Commitment to practicing evidencebased medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
