Techno-Functional Consultant - GTIN14 Implementation

Job Description: Role Overview: Seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant with proven expertise in implementing GTIN14 into Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystems. The consultant will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and guiding the successful integration of GTIN14 into the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless data propagation across key systems such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and inventory management systems. Key Responsibilities: Solution Analysis and Design: Conduct detailed solution analysis to assess existing MDM ecosystems and associated integrations. Develop a roadmap and guide the organization on steps to successfully enable GTIN14 within the product lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and technical needs. Implementation Leadership: Drive the integration of GTIN14 into the MDM ecosystem. Ensure efficient and accurate data propagation to key systems, including ERP, WMS, OMS, and inventory systems. Partner with Data Governance (DG) teams to align data standards and processes with GTIN14 requirements. Cross-System Integration: Ensure proper synchronization of data across multiple systems to maintain consistency and accuracy. Address dependencies, gaps, and challenges within data propagation workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the subject matter expert for GTIN14 implementation and data lifecycle management. Work closely with technical teams, product owners, and data governance teams to ensure alignment of objectives. Testing and Validation: Design and execute test cases to validate the implementation of GTIN14 and its propagation across systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any data inconsistencies or technical challenges during implementation. Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, integration processes, and user guides. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed. Required Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience implementing GTIN14 within MDM ecosystems. Strong background in solution analysis and system integration across ERP, WMS, OMS, and inventory systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MDM platforms and relevant tools. Knowledge of GTIN14 standards and data propagation methodologies. Functional Skills: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and data governance principles. Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
