Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel HOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. # of patients treated per day: Outpatient generally 8, Inpatient varies from 5-12 Certification Requirements: BLS, must take 8 hours of in house ortho education prior to ortho patient treatment. Other Certs Required for all PT: State of WI license or application in place Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Ortho, geriatric, sports, Parkinson's, vestibular, pediatric, lymphedema, wound care.- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Acute inpatient and hospital based outpatient PT clinic. Experience: Previous EPIC experience would be helpful. One year, prefer previous travel if possible. Ortho PT. Outpatient experience a plus. Mostly will work Inpatient. - PT Manager/Supervisor: Bernadette Mattila PT, lead PT Courtney Roush.- Rehab Aides/PTA's: 4 Rehab aides and 2 PTA. Shifts & Scheduling: 8-4:30 Mon-Fri, may work weekend morning rotation with compensation if interested. Weekend Requirements: See above, open 8-12 for inpatient only Sat/Sun- Rotate weekends. About every 7th weekend. - Holiday Requirements: Generally closed.
