Merchandising Analyst - Strategic eCommerce Accounts

Location and Schedule Atlanta, GA Office. Hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office; Monday, Friday remote. Additional onsite time may be required for onboarding, training, or meetings. About the Position As a Merchandising Analyst – Strategic eCommerce Accounts, you will be the main point of contact for a national strategic retail account, building strong partnerships with manufacturers and resellers, and driving profitable growth through process improvement and performance analysis. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted and influential relationships with internal and external partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic account, overseeing daily communication, reporting, and relationship development to drive mutual success. Collaborate with Marketing, Credit, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to deliver the best possible service to manufacturer and reseller partners. Lead meetings and business reviews with manufacturer and reseller partners. Analyze sales, profitability, and customer KPIs to uncover opportunities and implement timely actions that support growth. Manage a diverse product assortment specific to the customer’s strategic outlook. Conduct pricing analysis for products, brands, and customers. Maintain product content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with both internal and external partners. Analytical, detail‑oriented personality with an ability to think creatively. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivots and VLOOKUP). A burning desire to win and relentlessly pursue excellence. A coachable, hungry attitude primed for growth. Multi‑tasking capabilities and a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience managing large accounts is preferred. Pay Range: $4,124.70 - $6,783.70 per month for salaried roles. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
