Position Details:

Compensation: $100 - $110/hr, depending on experience & qualifications

Overview/Summary:

As a Senior Architect, you'll function as a Team Leader for assigned buildings design projects serving as the primary point of contact with clients developing and maintaining internal and external client networks, and serving as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations. You'll help others by guiding them forward, participating in directing growth and strategic planning as part of Jacobs management team. This opportunity will entail securing, assigning, and maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver projects while maintaining quality. This role can be remote or hybrid, depending on your location. If you live within 50 miles of one of our Client's 140+ offices nationwide, you will be expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week.

Expectations:

• Have good social, networking, organization, communication, people, and presentation skills • Identify and assess risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. • Implement and maintain effective communication to the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full project delivery. • Control scope and cost to the project baseline. • Ensure the obligations between Client and the Company are fulfilled. • Develop and monitor financial and project delivery schedules, including change management.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in vertical buildings programs. • At least 7 years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred) • Registered Architect • NCARB Certificate holder • Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction • Forward thinking and ability to articulate clear vision and knowledge of trends in the vertical space • Must have good social, networking, organization, communication, people and presentation skills • Clean driving record In order to be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
