RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help customers understand their insurance policies and answer questions.
• Assist customers with account updates.
• Process payments and follow up to make sure customers are taken care of.
• Keep clear records of customer conversations and requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Staten Island residents preferred 
• Organized and able to multitask.
