Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Utilize equipment such as Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Document patient progress using the Meditech system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
• Maintain a willingness to learn and be flexible throughout each day
• Provide one-on-one patient care and education

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Basic Occupational Therapy skills as an independent clinician
• Experience in inpatient rehab and acute care preferred, but not required
• 1+ year of experience acceptable
