Direct Support Professional PRN

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Marlton, NJ. We provide paid training and no experience is required. Ideal candidates have a strong desire to help individuals reach their fullest potential and enjoy mentoring others. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily and personal activities, including housekeeping and laundry. Observe and document activities in progress; review results with the House Manager. Promote independence and support individuals in achieving their goals. Collaborate with team members under direction of House Manager to maintain appropriate procedures. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver’s license (prefer candidates with their own transportation). Must have a verifiable high‑school diploma or GED. Experience in a home health aide or school setting working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred. Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
