Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview The Senior HR Business Partner ensures alignment between business operations and HR practices and objectives. They possess strategic insight and utilize data and organizational agility to guide decisions. The role includes consulting and coaching department leaders, delivering a consumer-driven people service, and guiding partners throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Align HR approaches with business strategy and operational goals. Consult and coach departmental leaders on people-related solutions. Deliver comprehensive, consumer-driven HR services. Lead and support business partners and associate business partners. Compensation & Work Hours Daily work shift: Day; Weekly hours: 40; Compensation: $49.24 to $73.86 per hour (experience based). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (minimum). Ten or more years of related experience. Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in healthcare. Preferred: SHRM or SPHR certification.
