• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade education preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in flux‑cored welding or a closely related welding role.
• Deep familiarity with welding processes, materials, and safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Uncompromising attention to detail and commitment to quality.
