Service Manager

Overview Our Service Managers play a key leadership role in local Terminix branches, leading and motivating Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery to customers. Day in the Life Team of Pest Techs visit residences daily to perform pest control treatments. The Service Manager ensures the team operates efficiently and maintains high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests. Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Qualifications Associate’s degree (a four‑year degree is highly desirable). Valid driver’s license from state of residence. 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required. Willingness to relocate highly desirable. Ability to lead and motivate others. Strong written, verbal, and presenting communication skills. Problem‑solving skills with practical solutions. Excellent rapport building and customer/employee trust. Detail oriented with a strong safety focus. Basic to intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations. Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
