As a Senior Software Engineer supporting the Salesforce platform, you'll design, build, and maintain systems, including Alumni Network and Coheart Care, that serve Southwest Employees and Alumni. In this role, you'll ensure systems are stable, secure, and reliable while supporting ongoing enhancements that meet evolving business needs. The Team focuses on maintaining scalable, high-performing platforms that reduce operational risk and enable efficient delivery of capabilities that support Southwest's workforce and overall organizational success.

Competitive market salary from $138,800-$154,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
