Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Teacher License with Special Education Generalist (Ages 5-21) Endorsement required
• Experience or strong interest in affective needs support at the elementary level preferred
• Ability to complete district contractor credentialing packet promptly
• Previous Special Education teaching experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Affective Needs Teacher at an elementary school
• Manage a dedicated caseload within a supportive school community
• Work on-site, collaborating with colleagues and families to meet student needs
• Engage in individualized education planning and direct instruction for students ages 5-12
