Sales Coordinator - Hyatt Place

Are you organized, energetic, and passionate about hospitality? Hyatt Place, Niagara Falls USA is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our hotel's sales efforts.


In this role, you'll help manage bookings, assist with guest communications, and ensure every detail is handled with care.


What You'll Do:

• Support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate group blocks, meeting space, and event details.
• Manage and maintain sales databases and reports.
• Assist with site tours and client visits.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, sales or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and hotel PMS or CRM systems preferred.
• A friendly, professional attitude and team spirit along with a willingness to learn.
