Diana Health is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN to join our modern women's health practice. Our integrated model allows physicians to practice at the top of their scope with the support of Certified Nurse Midwives, mental health clinicians, and a comprehensive care team. Practice Info Integrated care teams including LCSWs, lactation, education, and specialists Tech-enabled practice with strong operational support National practice network focused on quality, outcomes, and sustainability Responsibilities Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan Perform gynecologic surgery in-office and at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts from home as backup to in-house CNMs (CNMs are onsite 24/7) Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team Participate in quality improvement initiatives Compensation $275,000 - $400,000 Base salary + annual bonus No wRVU or productivity requirements Competitive compensation Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage (HSA/FSA options) 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid parental leave Continuing education and conference allowance Shift & Schedule 3.5-day work week with more time for patients, multiple 3-day weekends off a month CNMs take first call, with OB/GYNs providing backup Manageable call schedule with more days off than traditional practices Qualifications Residents seeking a supportive, evidence-based, team-oriented first practice Experienced OB/GYNs seeking a sustainable, high-quality, patient-centered model Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas Patient-centered, collaborative, and mission-driven
