Job Description

Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $25.00-$30.00/hour Depending on experience

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday; 7:30am-11:30am Friday (schedule may be adjusted based on business needs)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
- Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Assist with machinery repairs and ensure proper machine guarding is maintained
- Perform basic pipe fitting and plumbing repairs as needed
- Identify maintenance concerns and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times
- Maintain maintenance records and document completed repairs
- Support facility improvement projects and perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong general electrical troubleshooting and repair knowledge
- Experience with pipe fitting, plumbing, or mechanical repairs is a plus
- Knowledge of building maintenance and facility repairs
- Understanding of machine guarding requirements and workplace safety practices
- OSHA 30 or OSHA 40 certification is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
