Sales Growth Specialist

The Sales Growth Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business functions. This position is responsible for delivering actionable insights, developing performance reporting and dashboards, and supporting strategic growth initiatives by providing analytical insights and performance measurement.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with deep understanding of business performance metrics, sales processes, and revenue growth drivers. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and optimize performance across the customer lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Growth Enablement Analytics Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support revenue growth, customer retention, and business development initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Analyze sales pipeline, conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the customer lifecycle, providing recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Own recurring and ad hoc reporting that informs strategic planning, forecasting, and leadership decision-making.
• Measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, campaigns, and enablement programs through data-driven analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of forecasting models and performance scorecards to inform business planning and resource allocation.
• Analyze customer, sales, and market data to identify trendsand provide insights that inform go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, establish metrics, and improve data accessibility across the organization.
• Create impactful visualizations and executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate business performance and recommendations.
• Continuously improve reporting processes by automating workflows and enhancing data quality and governance.
• Utilize Power BI, Excel/Power Query, Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools to drive analytical insights and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong to advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query, and the integration and automation of large data sets for use by data analytics tools
• Strong to advanced Salesforce reporting and analytics experience.
• Experience supporting sales operations, growth strategy, revenue operations, or business performance analytics.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel, customer lifecycle, and revenue generation processes.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and executive dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience developing and communicating complex data analysis to executives
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Marketing analytics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
