Personal Injury Attorney

Established personal injury firm with 35+ years of proven results including multi-million-dollar verdicts, is hiring one to two associate attorneys and or 4th year law students to join our team. We get some of the best cases and our case load continues to grow. We are looking for the right person — or two — to join our team and grow with us. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience, develop trial skills, and grow your career in a supportive, client-focused environment. The job is Onsite.

A tight-knit Trial Lawyer firm built on strong results, strong relationships, and a strong work ethic. Our team consists of one senior attorney, one junior partner, and five experienced paralegals who have worked together for years. Our practice covers Clarksville, Nashville and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. We take care of our clients and maintain a positive work culture.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.

• Assist attorneys with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Attend client meetings and court proceedings as appropriate.

• Support case management and maintain organized files.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy and client service.

• Follow firm SOPs and support ongoing process improvements

• Identify gaps early and provide direction to the team on next steps 

• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize case value

• Guide clients through the process, set expectations and discuss settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) licensed attorney in the State of Tennessee/Or Soon to be Licensed.

• In good standing with the Tennessee Bar Association

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.

• A proactive attorney who keeps cases moving and does not let them sit

• Strong communicator who is responsive to both clients and team members

• Someone who is comfortable making decisions and providing direction

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and collaboration

Experience is not required — We will personally train the right person. What matters most is character, work ethic, and fit with our team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Licensed Associate Attorney: $70,000–$80,000 annual salary, with growth potential and performance-based bonuses.
