Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in an outpatient setting. \n
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to empathetically connect with clients. \n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for developing meaningful therapeutic relationships. \n
While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional certifications, specialized training in therapeutic modalities, or experience with telehealth practices will be viewed favorably. We encourage individuals who are furthering their education or training in family systems therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or related fields to apply.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
