As the Offsite Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Running Lab experience to workplaces, community organizations, events, and partner businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building Relationships : Develop, nurture, and manage long-term partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Representing Running Lab : Serve as the face of our brand at offsite events by scheduling, organizing, and executing meetings, presentations, and on-site selling events.
• Expanding Our Reach : Identify new outreach opportunities to grow Running Lab’s footprint and community impact.
• Event Coordination : Plan, coordinate, and staff offsite events, ensuring all materials, staffing, and logistics are in place.
• Tracking and Reporting : Monitor partnership activity, event metrics, and sales using shared Excel or Google Sheets documents.
• Collaborating with Teams : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, events) to align messaging and strategy.
• Sales Floor Support : Work 15–20 hours per week as a Sales Associate, assisting customers and providing expert footwear fittings when not scheduled for offsite events.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a self-motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in both independent and team environments. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience : 2+ years of retail or leadership experience.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build genuine relationships.
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and collaboration.
• Presentation Skills : Comfortable presenting, coordinating meetings, and engaging with groups of varying sizes.
• Flexibility : Willingness to travel regularly to offsite locations and work events, including nights and weekends.
• Customer Service : A strong background in customer service and team development.
• Driving Requirements : Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Experience in community engagement, event coordination, sales outreach, or partnership development is preferred but not required.
