Flam builds AI models and products for interactive content, taking the internet beyond videos. We've raised a $40M Series B led by QED Investors, with Shah Rukh Khan among our backers.
Our products (three AI-native interactive formats):
Flicks: one video that holds multiple variations. Viewers can swap the character, product or scene with under 10ms switching latency, and AI compression cuts asset size by about 60%.
Airboards: high-fidelity 3D streamed like video through the camera interface. Viewers interact by touch, voice and haptics, with no app download and about 300ms to first buffer.
Visual Agents: photoreal talking avatars created from a single image, conversing with natural expressions in 60+ languages at about 800ms latency.
Fable 2.0 is a flow-matching diffusion transformer for product animation and 3D content.
Fantom 1.0 synthesises identity-preserving video from a single face image plus audio.
Falcon 1.0 is a 26B-parameter Mixture-of-Experts LLM.
Finesse 1.0 is a non-autoregressive speech engine for multilingual TTS in 60+ languages.
Forge 1.0 is a video editing model for object, character and environment swaps.
Brands ship Flams through web embeds, shareable links (ads, social, SMS, email) and Flam Codes on physical channels such as outdoor, CTV, retail and events.
The role
You'll build the systems that let a small GTM team reach and convert a large number of accounts. Flam sells AI-native interactive content to brands and enterprises, so you'll design the data, automation and AI workflows that find buyers, personalise outreach at scale, and get prospects to experience the product quickly.
What you'll do
Build outbound and inbound engines: prospecting, enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing across tools like [Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft]
Build AI-powered GTM workflows and agents for account research, personalised outreach, meeting prep, follow-up and CRM hygiene
Use Flam's own products in the funnel, for example personalised Flicks or Visual Agent experiences sent to target accounts as outreach, and prompt-generated demo Flams for prospects
Own GTM data: CRM architecture, ICP definition, lead and account scoring, attribution and dashboards
Build technical demos and proof-of-concepts with Sales using the Flam platform, its embeds, links and Flam Codes
Run experiments across segments and geographies (US first, then APAC and other markets) and report clear results
Automate pipeline, conversion and campaign reporting
Feed customer and market signals back to Product and Engineering
What we're looking for
5–10 years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering or technical sales/solutions roles
Hands-on experience applying LLMs and agents to real sales or marketing workflows
Strong CRM and data skills (SQL, data modelling, enrichment pipelines)
Understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles, ideally in AI, adtech or martech
Bias to ship: you prototype in days, measure and iterate
Clear communicator who works well with sales leaders and founders
Nice to have
Experience with generative-AI products or creative tooling
Experience selling to or supporting brand marketers and agencies
Built a GTM stack from scratch at an early-stage company
