We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales function. This person will manage and oversee all sales operations and sales quoting activities; ensures the company increases revenue year over year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving sales through networking and strategic positioning.

• Coordinates with company owners to establish production and quality standards.

• Coordinates with company owners and shipping clerks to resolve all operational customer complaints.

• Utilize JobBoss ERP systems to quote, create, and track jobs.

• Coordinates with company owners to address organizational needs, equipment utilization, and maintenance.

• Provides leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivates a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership.

• Ensures that shop operations comply with federal, state, and local, and/or company policies and regulations

• Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Keeps up to date on overall activities of the company, identifying problem areas and giving feedback on actions that need to be taken.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by company owners.

• Prepares accurate and competitive sales quotes for customer orders, ensuring all costs are accounted for and pricing supports the company's profitability goals.

• Review and verify pricing on existing orders prior to order acceptance.

• Create and maintain a production schedule

• Hold weekly production meetings with key shop personnel.

**Qualifications: **

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with JobBoss ERP system or equivalent ERP system

• Skilled in interpreting blueprints and related documentation to support production and order requirements

• Strong sales operations background, including quote generation, customer support, and coordination between sales and production

• Demonstrate proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates

• Commitment to excellence and high standards

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing

  priorities with enthusiasm

• Ability to work independently

• Knowledge of financial processes is a plus

• Demonstrates flexibility and commitment to meeting job requirements, including working extended hours when required.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with a diversity of individuals

• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
