Wilson Care and Rehab is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . Day in the Life As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you play a vital role in our clinic. You provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and needs. You follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitor for side effects, and report any changes in residents' condition. You oversee nursing assistant-registered staff to ensure care plans are followed. You complete documentation, admissions, and discharges for residents, and monitor for bruises, skin tears, or neglect. You maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and uphold facility policies and procedures.
