Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate – Victoria, TX Compensation: $17.00–$25.00 per hour (depending on location and experience). Position Summary Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team as a Stock Associate. You will maintain temperature and cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service to members. What You’ll Do Maintain temperature and cleanliness of freezer, cooler, and deli areas. Stock and reorder merchandise; verify expiration dates and discard lower‑quality products. Set up product displays, sign product prices, and ensure displays are member‑ready. Assist members with product selection, returns, and deli services. Follow food‑handling and safety regulations, including SOPs for hazardous materials. Operate and maintain equipment safely, report issues to management, and follow forklift spotting procedures. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete required training and assessments within the specified time frame. Preferred Qualifications Experience in stocking and customer service, a proactive and innovative mindset, adaptability to changing work scenarios, and a passion for continuous improvement.
