The Customer Experience Specialist, known as a "Deck Ambassador" works poolside at our swim school. This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience.

Typical responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift, checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons, welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area, answering customers' questions about their account, their child's progress, or about the program, assisting swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons, posting media content and monitoring social media platforms, reporting to Business Owner, assisting with other business needs, and working a schedule that typically includes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3:00 - 8:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am - 2:00pm).

We are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. We are 2 schools in one - a survival school and a learn-to-swim school. We invest in quality team members to teach our lessons. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, an enthusiastic personality - enjoy interacting with customers (parents and children), excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, customer service skills: 1 year, a responsible and professional demeanor, and must complete all required British Swim School specific training and testing.

Additional qualifications include swimming experience: 1-2 years beneficial but not required. Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) beneficial (can also be obtained during training).

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
