We are looking for a Civil Design Engineer that has a BS in Civil. Experience with AutoCAD is also a must. You must be proficient in plan sheet production and technical writing. You will need to be able to work well within a team and have strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple project deadlines. You must be willing to see a project through to completion and have excellent attention to detail, written and communication skills.

A day in the life of a Civil Engineer

Day to day, you may spend the days developing an understanding and completion of engineering calculations, drainage exhibits, and building design concepts. Effective communication skills are key. You will be working with a team of engineers, helping senior engineers with their tasks, so being able to work with a team is vital. Being a self-starter is a necessity. You must have a good work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines and present high-quality deliverables.
