Senior Data Analytics Developer

Software DeveloperThe successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality applications, participate in technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Hadoop ecosystem technologies.Develop and enhance existing applications while ensuring high-quality coding standards.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple platforms.Participate in technical design discussions and prepare detailed technical specifications.Review code developed by peers and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, System Analysts, and development teams.Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support.Support application deployments and release management activities.Estimate development effort, identify project risks, and recommend solutions.Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, coding standards, change management, and IT controls.Research new technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.Required SkillsHadoopSparkPythonSQL & Stored ProceduresAB InitioObject-Oriented ProgrammingVersion Control Tools (Git or similar)Unit Testing & DebuggingSDLC MethodologiesTechnical DocumentationChange ManagementPreferred SkillsSnowflakeExperience with enterprise analytics platformsData engineering and ETL experienceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of professional software development experience.Strong experience with technical design, coding, and application development.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.Required ExperienceBig Data DevelopmentHadoop EcosystemSpark DevelopmentPython ProgrammingSQL DevelopmentEnterprise Application DevelopmentSoftware Design & DevelopmentCode ReviewsDebugging & Performance OptimizationRelease ManagementAgile/SDLC MethodologiesWork Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card Holders only.Location:
