Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking and marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy reviews.
• Provide ongoing client service, including policy updates and support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM/ agency management systems.
• Meet Sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
