RR Electric Heating & Air has been serving California for over 30 years, and right now we are growing fast. As the company continues expanding across multiple departments, we are looking to add a strong Accounting Associate to help support our day-to-day operations and keep our office running efficiently.

We are looking for someone experienced, organized, and dependable who can step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.

This is a part-time position for immediate hire, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivableProcessing vendor invoices and tracking paymentsPosting customer payments and following up on outstanding balancesAssisting with payroll processing and payroll-related tasksHelping with employee onboarding and new hire paperworkSupporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operationsReconciling accounts and maintaining accurate recordsCommunicating with vendors, customers, and internal team members professionallyAssisting management with reporting and office organizationHelping maintain compliance with company procedures and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administrationStrong experience with accounts payable and accounts receivableExperience assisting with payroll processingComfortable handling onboarding paperwork and employee filesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and stay on top of deadlinesProfessional communication skills and attention to detailExperience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a big plusReliable, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
