\n Physician Anesthesiologist (MD/DO)
\n Salary: $575,000 base + $75,000 sign-on 

\n Requirements to apply: \n
\n• MD or DO from an accredited medical school\n
\n• Completion of an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency\n
\n• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (unless within 4 years of residency)\n
\n• Active or eligible state medical license\n
\n• DEA registration or eligibility\n
\n• ACLS and BLS certification (PALS if required by practice setting)\n
\n
Schedule \n
\n• Full-time Monday to Friday\n
\n• One weekday call per week (Monday to Thursday rotation)\n
\n• Approximately one weekend call per month (Friday evening to Monday morning)\n
\n• One holiday call sequence annually\n
\n• Opportunity to pick up additional call shifts for additional compensation\n
\n
Additional Time Off \n
\n• 7 weeks vacation/CME time annually\n
\n• 2 weeks sick time annually\n
\n• After 5 years, vacation/CME time increases to 8 weeks\n

Job Overview \n
\nThe Physician Anesthesiologist is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality perioperative anesthesia care. This includes pre-anesthetic evaluation, individualized anesthesia planning, intraoperative management, and postoperative recovery care. The anesthesiologist collaborates with surgeons, CRNAs, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while participating in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and peer review activities.\n
