We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients through integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.We are currently seeking a Night Team Coordinator / Field Quality Inspector to oversee our night cleaning crews and perform on-site quality inspections.Position SummaryThis is a key operations role responsible for managing night cleaning teams, conducting field quality inspections, supervising employees, and responding to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate night cleaning crews and work schedulesConduct routine quality inspections at assigned buildings and job sitesTrain employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and company standardsMonitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventoryRespond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional mannerReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, and operational concernsPrepare field inspection reports and daily activity reportsAssist with cleaning duties as needed to support operationsQualificationsNo prior experience required; candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to applyStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportationAbility to independently manage multiple job sites with a high level of responsibility and organizationStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic computer and mobile device proficiencyEnglish proficiency requiredSpanish proficiency is a plusWhy work at BTI?We’re committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
