Salary & Sign‑On Bonus Salary Range: $57,625 – $68,761 (based on experience and education) $4,000 Sign‑On Bonus for clinicians with professional fluency in Spanish and English. Responsibilities Lead 3–4 one‑hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence‑based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery‑oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission. Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9 pm as needed. Qualifications Salary range: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience and education) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Required licensure or certification: behavioral health licensure including but not limited to LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states. Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in an SUD setting. High comfort level with technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products, mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred) Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication‑assisted treatment or MAT.
