Senior Project Controls Manager

Leading cost management, risk management, and governance functions across a portfolio of enterprise pharmaceutical capital projects, the full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will ensure budget integrity, forecasting accuracy, and compliance while collaborating with various teams to deliver projects within approved budgets and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support enterprise-level capital portfolio reporting and analytics for data-driven capital allocation decisions Oversee validation and consolidation of multi-year CapEx financial plans and forecasts, ensuring compliance and accuracy Lead a team of project controls professionals, managing cost baselines, forecasting, and risk management processes across capital projects Required Qualifications: 8-12+ years of project controls experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of cGMP and capital governance frameworks Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field; PMP or AACE certification preferred Proficiency in cost management and reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI Experience with capital project risk frameworks, including quantitative risk analysis
