Location: Michigan
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This role focuses on helping clients navigate relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and family dynamics through structured virtual sessions. You'll play a key role in helping clients identify patterns, set goals, and build healthier interactions in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

Lead individual, couples, and family therapy sessions online
Identify behavioral patterns and relationship dynamics
Develop and implement treatment strategies
Keep detailed clinical records
Adjust care plans based on client progress
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the state of Michigan
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Strong communication and telehealth skills
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
