What will you do? * Supervise retail team members and complete operational needs by training and counseling employees * Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards * Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations * Assist with inventory maintenance and procedures * Monitor back of house and front of house locations and assist with guest needs * Create, maintain, and regularly evaluate professional visual displays * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment More about you * Previous experience with guest transactions and basic math skills required * Previous experience working with point of sale system required * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred Physical requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions * Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Events Who we are Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
