Project Manager

Our client, a well-known brand, is hiring a Creative Project Manager to support their creative team during a 6 month leave coverage period. This role will help drive projects tied to retail signage, store communications, environmental graphics, product presentation, and other physical brand touchpoints. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and able to bring clarity to fast-moving creative work. The person in this role will guide projects from early planning through production, while keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and deliverables moving forward in a changing environment. Core Responsibilities Lead retail creative projects from kickoff through final production, launch, and ongoing updates Manage initiatives and broader projects related to branded communications Build timelines, track milestones, organize documentation, and manage approvals across stakeholders Partner with creative, brand, marketing, operations, and outside vendors to keep work progressing smoothly Oversee print production processes including proofing, sampling, testing, and final execution Support operational and financial workflow needs, including purchase orders and invoice review Identify project risks early, troubleshoot issues proactively, and adjust plans as priorities shift Provide consistent status updates and clear communication to cross-functional partners Help strengthen creative operations through process improvements and workflow best practices Desired Background 8+ years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or production leadership in-house or within an agency Strong knowledge of print production and retail-focused creative execution Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, timelines, and deliverables Comfort using project management platforms and maintaining detailed workflow systems Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned project leader who enjoys supporting visible retail initiatives, improving team workflow, and helping a creative organization operate with greater structure, speed, and consistency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
