RN Patient Flow Orthopedics

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN to coordinate patient flow for our Orthopedics unit. In this role, you’ll manage bed placement, admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure safe, efficient care and optimal capacity. You will collaborate with physicians, case management, and ancillary teams to prioritize orthopedic patients, support clinical decision-making, and reduce delays in care. Responsibilities include monitoring unit status, triaging incoming patients, supporting staff with complex cases, educating patients and families, and contributing to quality, safety, and throughput initiatives within UCHealth’s patient-first culture.
