Clinical Support StaffEmbark in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for part-time Clinical Support Staff who align with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our IOP and Partial Care clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. Mental Health Matters!Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourPart-Time: Flexible availability Monday - Friday, Morning and Evening hoursClinic operating hours: 8:30am -7:00pmAs Clinical Support Staff you will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Partial Care and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.Comfort with ages 12 - 18 yrs. of agePrepare and supply group roomsAttend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as neededEngage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staffMaintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.Performing other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent fieldExperience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. oldExperience working in a behavioral or mental health settingTeam player with a growth mindsetEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to pass a state background checkMicrosoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experienceBenefitsEmbark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
