Job Introduction At RMC, our Loan Sales Specialists drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering fast, friendly, and affordable lending solutions. Competitive Pay – Recognizing and rewarding strong performance Monthly Bonuses – Performance-based incentives Career Growth – Pathways to Branch Manager roles Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Earning Potential – Average $41,000 annually (varies by location) In This Role, You Will: Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions Engage customers across multiple channels to expand sales opportunities Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence Educate customers on loan terms and optional products Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, collections, or customer service in a performance-driven environment Bilingual in Spanish/English Working Conditions Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
