To support patient access and care coordination, the full-time Behavioral Health Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound patient communications, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance verification in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate patient communications and triage needs effectively Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while maintaining accurate patient records Assist patients with online check-in and access to virtual visits, ensuring a positive experience Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of healthcare experience in a call center, scheduling, or outpatient clinic setting Behavioral health experience preferred Experience with electronic scheduling and EHR systems preferred Strong customer service experience
