Full-time, year-round work EFFECTIVE JAN 2026 - NO ON-CALL Technicians are dispatched from home *Annual Earning potential $100K+ based on performance Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. Qualifications: What You Need: 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA certification Ability to provide our customer with excellent Customer Service Valid driver’s license Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug test in accordance with Massachusetts law.
