Technical Business Analyst

Job Title

Candidates need to have 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in SQL and RESTful API's is key for this requisition. If submitting candidates with at most 8 years of relative experience, please make sure they also have some experience or knowledge with API's and Microservices. Excellent written and verbal skills, Strong problem-solving skills, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro). Individual contributor position. Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and pull reports. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design, consumption, and documentation). Demonstrated ability to produce clear process flows, SOPs, and API reference guides. Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at presenting complex information. Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and take ownership of documentation quality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders. Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro). Good understanding of dental health insurance.
