Job Description
The role of a Service Business Development Representative is to increase the service traffic of the dealership by handling inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and producing solid and specific appointments for the service department.BDC Representative Responsibilities:Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.Logging customer details and comments in our system.Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.Adhering to all company policies and procedures.Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.Skills:Highly motivedGood time management skillsProven track record of achieving or over-achieving goalsOutstanding communication skillsProfessional work ethicGreat attitude with a high-energy personalitySuperior customer service skillsScheduling experience preferredCustomer service experience preferredAutomotive experience helpfulBenefits:Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceShort and Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k)Paid Sick timeVacation time
