Job Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Remote Telephonic RN Case Manager: Care Navigator at UnitedHealth Group located in Remote. You will work in a remote-capable environment across Mountain and Pacific time zones, requiring strong clinical judgment, EHR proficiency, and the ability to navigate Medicaid programs.
