IT Project Manager

Salary: $90,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer familiarity with ESRI, IQGEO, Verkada, CUSI, Elements, Splunk, Five9, and SAP.
• We look for proven success applying project management methods across several concurrent projects.
• We need strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
• We need strong analytical ability, including problem solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• We need the ability to facilitate meetings and navigate difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.
• We need the ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.
• We prefer understanding of business process improvement and change management.
• PMI or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• We lead small to medium-complexity projects and take accountability for results.
• We manage project teams, including both internal and external resources.
• We develop project plans, budgets, scope, schedules, outcomes, and deliverables using our PMO tools and templates.
• We analyze, estimate, and monitor project costs and budgets.
• We define resource needs and negotiate availability with resource managers.
• We oversee vendor relationships to keep schedules, costs, and deliverables aligned with the project plan.
• We create, maintain, and update the project risk log, resolving issues and escalating when needed.
• We manage project change control in line with our existing policies.
• We ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.

We are recruiting an IT Project Manager for an energy supplier and community leader based in Phoenix, Arizona.
